Yesterday I Made:CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES for DESSERT.
Super easy to make and oh-so delicious.
I've made these a few times and every single time, they turn out different as far as appearance.
Flat, chunky, soft, crispy.
But the flavor is still the same...DELICIOUS!!!!
I didn't have any chocolate chips, I used chocolate chunks, so maybe I should call these cookies, CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES?
Ingredients are every day pantry items so get to it and make these ASAP.
*Husband loves these with cold almond milk.*

You know, I only tried to make these once. And, they came out so oily that I could literally squeeze oil out of the dough. In the trouble shooting section, she says some people just have this problem, which I didn't find reassuring. Haven't tried another one of the recipes in the book as a result. But, knowing you get different results, maybe I should...
These are my favorite choc chip cookies!
