KITCHEN SINK BISCOTTI


Last Night I Made:
KITCHEN SINK BISCOTTI for DESSERT.
Recipe from VEGAN COOKIES INVADE YOUR COOKIE JAR.
Double baked chocolate cookies with whole hazelnuts,dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.

I've made these many times (using different mix-ins)and they always turn out crispy and super super good!
Easy to make, but very time consuming.
Since you bake, cool, slice, bake, then cool completely.

Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate!

Hazelnuts and chocolate chips always remind me of nutella! Mmmm nutella. You are making me think I need to buy this book now. I have the cupcake one but not the cookie one.

yay for biscotti! I made 3 different batches last year for my dad's xmas present. He put them in the freezer and is still making his way through them. I think my fave was the simple classic with anise extract and anise seeds (w/o cocoa in the dough). I think I put roasted almonds in too. Mmmmmmm.
