Last Night I Made:LEMON BARS for DESSERT.
Recipe from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero.
Tart and sweet lemon layer over a whole wheat shortbread bottom.
Good but not great.
Crust was a little too crumbly.

I do love lemon bars. I have made the lemon bar recipe from The Joy Of Vegan Baking, and from memory it was pretty awesome. There's also one in Vcon, but I haven't tried it yet.
