We finally did it!!
We are now proud members of our local CSA.
Farm Fresh To You is all ORGANIC and they deliver to your doorstep.
It can't get better than that!
The quality is amazing and the prices are very reasonable.
We signed up for the REGULAR MIXED for $31.50.
But last week's box was only $15 because of a GROUPON special.
Sorry I was too excited and forgot to take pictures.
Here's what was in this week's box:
1.5 lbs Fuji apples
4 Minneola Tangelos
1 lb. Meyer lemons
1 bunch Broccoli
1 bunch Kale
1 bunch Carrots
1 bunch Collard greens
1lb. Baby Mixed lettuces
1.5lbs. Klamath Pear Potatoes
We love FARM FRESH TO YOU so much, we changed our future orders to the MONSTER MIXED.
Which is the largest mixed (fruit and vegetable) box.
Another cool thing is that you always know what you're getting for the week just by logging onto their site.
And in case you don't like a certain veggie or fruit, you can always make substitutions and
you can always cancel your membership.
No strings attached!!!
Can't wait to start cooking!!!

Agreed on the haul - that broccoli is making my mouth water!
I used to order from a local place here in Vancouver called SPUD. Sadly, they've started donating money to a charity that "gives" animals to people in the Horn of Africa. I think I'll just start visiting the winter farmers market again instead :)
