Last Night I Made:COOKIES 'N' CREAM CUPCAKES for DESSERT.
Chocolate cupcake batter mixed with crushed Trader Joe's Joe's Joe's chocolate sandwich cookies.
Frosted with VEGAN FLUFFY BUTTERCREAM FROSTING mixed with even more crushed Joe Joe's and topped with half a cookie.
These were so easy to make and so delicious.
Amazing!!!

I make these cupcakes often--they are phenomenal. I made them this weekend for my friend's bday (an omnivore, he always requests them) and another partygoer who is a very unadventurous eater proclaimed them to be the best cupcakes he had ever eaten!
Oh man, I have this book and I've been meaning to make these! Great pictures!
