VEGETARIAN PHO


Today I Made:
VEGETARIAN PHO for DINNER.
Recipe from VEGETARIAN TIMES Jan./Feb. 2008 issue.
Light vegetable broth.
Thin rice noodles.
Topped with watercress, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, and lime.
