Last Night for Dinner I Made:TUCAN WHITE BEAN PIZZA for DINNER.
Recipe from VEGAN ON THE CHEAP by ROBIN ROBERTSON.
Whole wheat pizza dough topped with a white bean-garlic-basil sauce and thinly sliced tomatoes.
All we can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
This pizza was amazing!
You won't even miss the cheese.
And the crust turned out crispy, just like my husband likes it.
