Today I Made:BIG GIGANTOID CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER-OATMEAL COOKIES for DESSERT.
Recipe from VEGAN WITH A VENGEANCE by ISA CHANDRA MOSKOWITZ.
I substituted Whole Wheat flour for the AP flour.
*I ONLY use whole wheat flour in all my baking/cooking.
I don't use white flour at all.
