MINI SOY ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Today I Made:
MINI SOY ICE CREAM SANDWICHES for 2ND DESSERT.
SO DELICIOUS brand Creamy Vanilla Soy Ice Cream sandwiched between mini cookies from SHOJIN.  Sooooo Cute!
