Love your toys. Looks like a Star Wars Lego thing? I used to think I hated coconut until Jane ordered some coconut shrimp (don't eat that anymore) and coconut cake which she shared with me.
These look delish. We'll have to try them sometime. Have you ever had coconut syrup? A friend brought some back from Hawaii. Yum. (Very fattening). It would probably go well with the pancakes.

We tried the coconut syrup years ago.
