MOROCCAN TAGINE WITH SPRING VEGETABLES AND GREEK SALAD for DINNER.

Salad was awesome.
Tagine tasted exotic.

Just made the same tagine from VWAV on Monday - had it for lunch today. It's exceptional - better than I even expected. My only modifications were peeling the zucchini and shredding the spinach into small pieces, just to suit my own preferences. It's very hearty -- I didn't even bother with the couscous, the tagine is enough. This is definitely a recipe I'd make again and again.
