BRUSCHETTA AND SMASHED PEA & BARLEY SOUP




Today I Made:
BRUSCHETTA AND SMASHED PEA & BARLEY SOUP for DINNER.
The bruschetta recipe is a copycat recipe from CHEESECAKE FACTORY.
Chopped tomatoes and red onions, minced  garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
I served it with toasted garlic baguette.
Simple and refreshing.

The soup is also a copycat from CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN.
Also one of our favorite soups.

but neither the cheesecake fac nor califonia pizz serve their meals with a kick-ass figurine like you do, so that's one more thing you are made of win.
