CLASSIC ITALIAN MINESTRONE

Today I Made:

CLASSIC ITALIAN MINESTRONE for DINNER.

Recipe from THE MEDITERRANEAN VEGAN KITCHEN by Donna Klein.

Lots of chopping, but totally worth it.

I'll be making this soup over and over and over again.
