Today I Made:
EGG-FREE CHOCOLATE-BANANA LOAF for DESSERT.
Recipe from VEGETARIAN TIMES MARCH 2008 issue.
I substituted the buttermilk with plain soymilk mixed with 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar.
So fast and easy to make.
And it's delicious.
For DINNER tonight I made the CRISPY SWEET AND SOUR TOFU from the April 15 post.
It's actually the 3rd. time I make it.
Can't get enough of it.

I was baking banana muffins when I saw your post, hehe, so this time I don't feel tempted!
I made banana bread last night and kept thinking, I really out to throw some chips and cocoa in this... but now that I see this I realize I would have been disappointed, bring on that beautiful chocolate lava! you are amazing!
p.s. i still love the toys!
Mr. Yoda needs to back off that big chunk of CHOCOLATE banana loaf before I make him speak like a normal person..err gremlin. haha!
