Today I Made:
PUMPKIN DOUGHNUTS for DESSERT.
I baked them using the doughnut pan pictured above.
Recipe from THE URBAN HOUSEWIFE.
This is the second time I make BAKED doughnuts.
But this time I accidently poured too much batter, so the tops look like muffins and the bottoms like doughtnuts.

I am a sucker for donuts. Last time I was in PDX I took two dozen vegan donuts from voodoo on the plane back to boston with me! I ate them all in... umm.. two days. Don't tell anyone and I did have some help...in my defense... but I also looooove pumpkin!!!

by the way, you asked about the dried fruit from TJ, and the verdict is in: I love it all and need to quit buying it for my butt's sake. :)
This so reminds me that I need to use my doughnut pan from xmas!! Pumpkin donuts sound like the perfect thing too....
