BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE


Today I Made:
BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE and SALAD for DINNER.
Recipe from VegNews magazine Jan./Feb. 2008 issue.
Finally a vegan Mac & Cheese that doesn't call for tofu.
All I can say is "WOW!"
This is by far the BEST Mac & Cheese ever!!!

I think I missed getting that issue. What's in there? Is it one of the ones that call for soy cheese?
