Today I Made:BLACK BEAN BURGERS for LUNCH.
Delicious black bean patties with caramelized onions, thinly sliced tomatoes, baby greens, and ketchup on Ezekiel hamburger bread.
Such an easy recipe to have in your recipe collection.
It's basically made out of pantry items.

I've never thought to put caramelized onions on a black bean burger! What's wrong with me? Thank you for the inspiration. Yum.
And to think that I still have to try those black bean burgers... I have no shame!
I'm surprised I haven't tried black bean burgers yet either! They sound very yummy and easy.
