Silky smooth sweet potato pie with a pecan crust.
This is for sure going to be my go-to fall pie recipe.
It's so velvety and it tastes like pure sweet potato.
It's also soy and sugar free.
Easy to make, but make sure to watch the crust when prebaking.
I burnt my first one.
Luckily I had all the ingredients on hand and it's super easy to make.
