GARLIC AND GREENS SOUP AND BAKED WOVEN WHEATS

Today I Made:
GARLIC AND GREENS SOUP for DINNER.
Simple recipe using a whole head of minced garlic, kale, potatoes, vegetable broth, salt and pepper.
Another great recipe from VEGAN TABLE.
It tastes like it took all day to make, but in reality it takes about 30 minutes.
And the broth has a great roasted garlic flavor.
But amazingly, NO garlic breath!!!

Goes great with BAKED WOVEN WHEATS from WHOLE FOODS (their own 365 brand).
Ingredients:
WHEAT and SALT
That's it!! No Hydrogenated Soybean oil or anything artificial.
Highly recommend them.
***WARNING: They are ADDICTIVE! :)

I like the 365 Woven Wheats too.

This soup just has to be delicious, with all that garlic and kale as well; I think I'd be in heaven!
